Yea actually the music is alittle out of sinc. Its alittle late. back it up alittl bit. But good job anyway!!!

I told you, it's out of sinc :-) trust me, I took the vid ;) All their movements are coordinated with the beat of the music. Their head's are supposed to bop perfectly with the slow part in the middle. It's still good though. just not perfect. Bring it to church on Sun and we can get it perfect if you want. Thanks again.
Look, you may have the artistic vision for this production but you have to realize that when you throw it over the fence to your technical group, you have to expect some different outcome...
But, of course, it never hurts to get everyone involved to make suggestions (which is all that I am doing).
Anyway, what I basically did was match the action with the music.
In other words, when you bang a drum, what happens first?
The stick hitting the drum right?
then you hear the sound...
As you said, the middle isn't quite right but if you watch it close enough, you'll notice that when they come up and stop you hear the "Boom" (like they're hitting a virtual drum) rather then hearing the "Boom" then seeing them come up...
does that make sense?
It's too simple to just match the music with the music...
You have to make it look interesting and realistic...
keep in mind that the actions of the performers themselves are going to be off too. That split second that it takes for them to think of their move could be enough to throw it out of sync, so maybe I was making a correction rather than a mistake.
Get someone who has NEVER seen it and we'll see if it is out of sync.
But like you said, we could "fix it" Sunday...
I'm just giving you answers to why it's the way it is...
And we can most definably take time to improve it...

Ok, first off. I really appreciate you even messing with it. Your computer skills far surpass mine and so this probably similar to me arguing with God.
But never the less, I believe the video to be much more enjoyable and funnier when put with the music exactly the way it was choreographed and recorded. But thanks anyways!
